WriteMessageCo provides copywriting, advertising copy, promotional campaign management, technical whitepaper creation, and related content services. The scope of each service is defined in the individual service agreement or proposal.

3. Payment Terms

All payments are due as specified in the service agreement. Invoices are issued via our Stripe payment system. Late payments may incur a 2% monthly fee. Services may be suspended for accounts more than 30 days overdue.

4. Intellectual Property

Upon full payment, WriteMessageCo assigns all intellectual property rights of the delivered work to the client. WriteMessageCo retains the right to display completed work in its portfolio unless otherwise agreed in writing.

5. Revisions

Each service includes up to two (2) rounds of revisions at no additional cost. Additional revisions are billed at €75/hour. Revision requests must be submitted within 14 days of deliverable receipt.

6. Confidentiality

WriteMessageCo treats all client information as confidential. We will not disclose project details, business strategies, or proprietary content to third parties without explicit written consent.

7. Limitation of Liability

WriteMessageCo's total liability shall not exceed the total amount paid by the client for the specific service giving rise to the claim. We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or incidental damages.

These terms are governed by the laws of Spain. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Salamanca, Spain.

1. Refund Eligibility

WriteMessageCo offers refunds under the following conditions:

• Significant deviation: Partial refund if deliverables materially differ from the agreed scope.

2. Non-Refundable Items

The following are not eligible for refund:

• Completed and approved deliverables
• Work-in-progress at the time of cancellation
• Services rendered for more than 14 days
• Custom or bespoke projects with significant resource allocation

3. Refund Process

To request a refund, contact [email protected] with your project reference and reason for the request. Refund requests are reviewed within 5 business days. Approved refunds are processed via the original payment method within 10 business days.

4. Retainer Cancellation

Monthly retainer agreements can be cancelled with 30 days' written notice. The current billing period is non-refundable, but no further charges will be applied after the notice period.

5. Disputes

If you are dissatisfied with the refund decision, you may escalate the matter by contacting our management team. WriteMessageCo is committed to resolving disputes fairly and in accordance with EU consumer protection regulations.
